Femi-Oni Consulting was founded with one clear conviction: that Nigeria's real estate market deserves a firm that combines deep technical knowledge with a modern, client-first approach. Established in 2023 and headquartered in the heart of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, we set out to bridge the gap between traditional estate surveying and the demands of a fast-moving, data-driven property market. Our founder, Kolawole Femi-Oni, ANIVS, drew on over eight years of experience at some of Nigeria's most respected real estate firms to build a consultancy that upholds international standards while remaining firmly grounded in the Nigerian market. Today, we serve a growing roster of individual owners, institutional investors, financial services companies, and corporate organisations — delivering valuation reports that are accurate, regulatory-compliant, and genuinely useful.
